Château Haut-Bailly

Cru Classé de Graves

Located at the gates of Bordeaux, Château Haut-Bailly, a classified Growth of Graves, has dominated a vineyard dedicated to red grape varieties for over four centuries. It was during the 19th century that the Cru’s reputation was established, thanks to the will and dynamism of a legendary figure, Alcide Bellot des Minières. From 1955 onwards, the Sanders family dedicated themselves to restoring the property to its former prestige. This demanding quality policy is now continued by the Wilmers family, who have been the owners since 1998, and Véronique Sanders, who currently manages the estate. Château Haut-Bailly benefits from a unique terroir that ensures its wines have exceptional consistency. Their style results from a subtle harmony, blending finesse and concentration, with great softness of tannins, a complex aromatic richness, and above all, remarkable elegance.
