Château Lafargue

Château Lafargue, a traditional family-owned estate, is situated in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation, in the communes of Martillac and Saint-Médard d’Eyrans. It has gradually transitioned from market gardening, floral cultivation, and mixed farming to 100% viticulture. At its helm is the 5th generation, Carole and Lionel Peyrout (daughter and son-in-law of J.P. Leymarie), who now produce a white and red wine of very high quality with delicate aromas and great finesse, capable of rivaling the prestigious châteaux that surround it. This quality is now recognized by the specialized press.
