Château Le Bruilleau

A family property for four generations, it consists of sloping plots with gravel and clay-limestone soils. Tradition and craftsmanship are present, but new technologies are used with a focus on environmental preservation and quality improvement: mechanical soil weeding. For red wines, the average maceration time is 4 weeks, with aging in barrels for 12 months. For white wines, skin contact maceration and aging on lees with stirring take place for 8 to 9 months.
