Founded in the 18th century, Château Le Pape produces an elegant Pessac-Léognan, predominantly Merlot. Acquired in 2012 by Robert and Elisabeth Wilmers, owners of Haut-Bailly, the estate benefits from all the expertise of the Grand Cru teams. In the heart of 9 hectares of vineyards, the 18th-century charterhouse and the gardens of Château Le Pape have been renovated to reveal the charm of this estate and the exclusive tranquility of this unique place. Château Le Pape opened its guest rooms in September 2015.
