Château Picque Caillou

Close to the prestigious Château Haut-Brion, Château Picque Caillou extends its 25-hectare vineyard at the very gates of Bordeaux, the historic birthplace of the appellation. Under the decisive influence of Paulin and Isabelle Calvet, this superb gravel terroir has been endowed with all the necessary assets for crafting a great wine: optimization of vineyard data, refined plot management, vinification tailored to the terroir and vintage, and stringent selections. Thus, a high-quality wine is born, remarkable for its balance and delicacy, and very representative of the values of the prestigious Pessac-Léognan appellation.
