In the beginning, there was the founder’s passion for vine-growing and winemaking and an ancestral tradition. The human scale of the estate, one of the smallest in the appellation, allows for a greater level of attention and care. In a qualitative approach and to enhance the terroir, concrete actions are taken such as environmentally respectful cultivation, the use of plant-based preparations, adherence to lunar rhythms, maintaining a living soil with cover crops, returning to animal traction, and striving for low yields. These efforts, both in the vineyard and at the winery, have only one goal: to ensure the pleasure of tasting.
