Your adventure begins in the château’s cellar, where you’ll hear the story of Pope Clement V. After this introduction and a visit to the vineyard, enter the wooden vat room dedicated to red wine vinification. Then, proceed to the barrel cellar where our wine matures for 16 months and discover the subtleties of successful aging. At the end of the visit, you will taste three wines from Château Pape Clément, including the red Grand Cru Classé de Graves and the confidential white cuvée. Throughout the visit, a comparison will be made between past and present wines to understand the evolution of crafting a Grand Cru Classé over the centuries.
